In 2024, Cadogan decided to enter the power generation sector. The Group started to develop its projects with a strategy of a decentralized power generation infrastructure, in Western Ukraine, with a total installed capacity of 12.3 MW. The technology is based on generators using gas as fuel.

A first tranche of 4.6 MW entered in operation on 30 January 2026, a second tranche of 4.6 MW on 16 April 2026 and a third tranche of 3.1 MW on 10 June 2026.

On a full generation and full year basis, this total generation capacity can provide an electricity volume equivalent to the annual consumption of 120,000 inhabitants.

The electricity produced is sold to the Grid Operator.

These new activities are a significant milestone in Cadogan’s strategy, shifting the Group’s business model to a multi-energy one.
